Serving homes across the Wasatch Front

Patient, in-home tech help for seniors and their families

No sales, No shame, just patient, compassionate assistance.

We never record your password.

You type it yourself. Nothing is written down and nothing is kept.

We never touch banking or taxes.

Money and tax accounts stay yours alone. We help with the device, not the finances.

We never sell you anything.

No upgrades, no subscriptions, no pressure. Just the fix you asked for.

We ask before we change anything, and write down what we did.

Your devices stay in your home, and you keep a written record of every fix.

What we help with

If it plugs in, connects, or shows a screen, we can probably sort it out.

Scams and safety

Pop-up warnings, suspicious callers, and checking that nobody has access to your machine.

Phones and tablets

Texting, photos, contacts, volume, that one app that vanished.

Printers

Wireless setup, paper jams, ink, and printing from a phone.

Computers

Slow machines, pop-ups, updates, passwords, files you cannot find.

TV and streaming

Remotes, inputs, Netflix, and getting back to the show you were watching.

Wi-Fi and routers

Dead spots, dropped connections, new equipment, and the password on a card.

How a visit works

You call or write

Tell us what is going wrong in your own words. A real person answers, and there is no wrong way to describe it.

A Wizard comes over

Background checked and insured, arriving at a time you picked, and happy to work at your pace.

You keep the instructions

We leave written, large-print steps for the fix, so the next time it happens you can handle it yourself.

Scams, pop-ups and worrying phone calls

If something on the screen is demanding money, or a caller claimed to be from Microsoft, the bank, or a grandchild in trouble, call us. We will look at the machine, tell you plainly what happened, and never make you feel foolish for answering the phone.

What a safety visit covers

  • Checking the computer or phone for remote-access software someone talked you into installing.
  • Clearing pop-ups and the browser pages that will not close.
  • Turning on call screening and spam filtering so fewer of these calls get through.
  • Walking through what happened, in plain language, with no lecture.
  • Written notes on how to recognise the same trick next time.

If money or an account is already involved, we will help you get your bank and the police on the phone. We do not handle those accounts ourselves.

Ready for a calm afternoon of fixing things?

Call (877) 501-1252 or send a note and we will find a time.
